Research Findings

After reflecting upon the key findings with participants, I categorised them into 4 key questions:

1. What is hate crime?
2. Where does hate crime happen?
3. How does hate crime ‘hurt’ people?
4. How can we challenge hate crime, and how are disabled people doing this already?

Click on each question to find out more about the research findings. In these sections, I will refer to participants ‘research’ names – but please remember these are not their real names but ones that they chose for the research.
